Leak was tmiming chain tensioner cover was loose. The engine taps a little but that might be from the double springs. They are usually tough on valves.
Nibbi carb seems to be performing well. I maybe need to be a little richer. Now it time to figure out what rollers. The 14s I just put in seem to bog it down a little and the 10s the rpms were screening. I noticed the red contra spring wasn't in this scoot.

Pain't the centers of rims gold with high polished lip? Or black?

This think hauls balls. I need to loose the red springs though. Am I the first to run the unrunable A11 cam?
The bad. Forgot to tighten caliper bolts and I have a huge oil leak.
I feel like a harley owner.

Having trouble uploading pictures. Upload fail constantly.
"There is a problem uploading the file". It's smaller in size then the one previously taken with same camera.

Way too much black. I still need to paint the wheels. Time to start looking for racing stickers.
The bag/luggage rack was painted with the peel off paint. I should have did the whole scooter with it. It seems pretty durable. Lots of scratches puting it back together. But it's easy to touch up.

Night shades it's called on the lights it's a spray paint. My headlights were very yellowed and wouldn't clean up so they have a green look now. The tail light vame out really good also.
The windscreen is carbon fiber along with the hugger and front fender. The main panels are just carbon fiber look vinyl. They make it in many colors and it forms easily.
The bike is looking a little dark for my taste. I'm going to look for racing stickers that should help.

    Plastic repair
As I'm puting my scooter back together I was thinking. Does anyone else know how to fix the plastics. A great trick is to get metal window screen and a solder iron. Hold the plastic in place and melt the screen into the plastic. This piece was cracked with a piece missing. I used some water weld epoxy puddy to fill it in after the screen. Then sanded. Sorry I stick at guides.

That all sounds good to me.
I usually use clear when I want a little more protection. But sometimes it changes the look of the paint. Like I just realised.
The heavier you go the more gloss you will see on base/clear.
The peel off paint they make now works really great and lays very nice. I starting using it but then said why?

That's my Frankenbonnie. Bought it rear ended and welded a back frame on. It was pieced together. It was in the crate for modeling purposes. I want to sell the crate I purchased.
The scoot had some intermittent starting issues so I figured tear it down and clean their crappy harness. Most of the plastics were cracked so I fixed them all and gave it a satin black rattle can paint job.
Progress pic. Mayne tomorrow it will be complete.

I finally have some down time to tear apart my scooter. 3k miles of city driving has taken toll. Ive had a Taiwan 61mm BB/ big valve head and A11 cam sitting for over a year. Picked up a nibbi flat pwk carb and a nice straight through exhaust.
I have a spare motor so I was able to rebuild while the scooter was still used. I started by tearing down the scooter to frame because I had a couple broken wires and cracked plastics.
Sorry I dont have any before pictures.

I have both style swing arms. With and without mounts. I'll shave 1 off and it should fit.

I finally have time to rip my scooter apart. 3k miles of city driving it's pretty beat up. It looks like if I grind off the upper mount and relocate it I will be fine. Or just run 1 mount. I need fork seals. Is that something thats common? Or do I need to remove them and measure?
    Thanks
    Chris

I have a swingarm without mounts and it bolted together fine. But mounts are important.

Oh boy. Hey DM. I believe thats the same exhaust I picked up from PR. That sucks. I shouldn't be buying things that I'm not installing right away.
