Fifty, don't get hurt out there trying to prove something...

I got this, plus isn't that SMAX supposed to do like 82mph, stock?

My goal was 65 or 70 anyway. I most likely will need a bigger carb. than the 26mm I have now, maybe a performance exhaust also.

I just hope Hope (bike's name) likes the 2000rpm springs that I'll be throwing in the CVT.

She might not and that will make me sad.:bull:

Oh ya ya gotta loose that pipe.

I had the same setup, and when I pulled it down and looked inside was holly schmolly..

My Head pipe was so bad the upgrade made the most difference of anything else I've done to the motor.

Even cleaned up the diameter is smaller than the exhaust port.

Piston, what exhaust did you go with? I'm thinking of replacing mine with this one...

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0725QNNXY/?coliid=I2LJEH9RJWUP3Z&colid=1JP15018MKWP2&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

Remember I am attempting to "ball on a budget" I'm not looking to pay more for my exhaust than I did my engine.

Its FAKE.    all that crap over there is using Stock head pipes.

Just a Stock Head Pipe that is smaller diameter than the Exhaust Port. and a fart can on the rear. and they coated it..

You need to start with Head- Pipe thats at least the size of the Exhaust port.

Ill get you a link.

I enjoy one of this.....173374671033

To Start with it has a nice large Diameter Stainless steel head pipe, that is very important . and the Can is straight thru.

The offer several colors but I wouldn't get to much into that as my black one turned Gold

Lat year I picked up a chromed header from AliExpress that looks just like the middle one in the above photo. And it cost just $12 shipped to the USA. This year I ended up mating it to a 17" reverse cone tunable exhaust from these guys: https://www.ebay.com/itm/152736197399. A touch noisier than I would prefer but it isn't super obnoxious either.

Lmao...fart can?

Yeah I can see what you mean in difference in head pipe size.

The company seems to have some pretty good stuff, pricing isn't bad either. Thanks brother.

Have you upgraded your shocks?

Ya I did the Shock a couple years ago

The weight distribution is different than a convention bike so the rear shock upgrade made very nice difference.

They are stiffer but at speed (45mph or so) so are much smoother than the factory pogo sticks.

The diameter made a typical clearance issue and you will have to do some homework to make sure a Shock with aa piggy back reservoir doesn't have a clearance issues.

I wasn't up to do the Butcher thing so I purchased the relocation brackets. as you see on the bike.

The second picture is with the OE shock and the material in interference of the case.

Man that is some tuff stuff, Piston!

I mean braided break lines and exhaust clamps? Plus a disc back break....

That is some fine work my friend.

Well Hope is having an issue I haven't figured out quite yet so I need to start a new thread. I might need your expertise.
